Welcome to PCN, a contractor search site that connects you with trade and service providers you seek. The PCN service and network (collectively, "PCN" or "the Service") are operated by PCN, llc and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). By accessing or using our web site (the "Site"), you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. In using PCN's service, you acknowledge that PCN is not acting as your general contractor, agent, or advisor. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to select a contractor and to negotiate the terms for any work performed.

PCN relies on electronic data provided by third parties and on statements made by service providers and their references to determine which service providers to include in our database. Due to the inherent time delay in the data gathering process, pending actions or other issues affecting a service provider's record may have occurred which were not captured by the third party data sources used.

PCN does not guarantee that any service provider has insurance coverage at the time you enter into an agreement with the service provider and makes no representation as to the adequacy of any insurance coverage (including amount, breadth, or type). The existence of the certificate does not guarantee that the insurance is in effect.

PCN does not endorse any product or service described in, offered on, or linked to PCN's Web Site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PCN and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, licensors or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Site or Service.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all use of the Site and Service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and you agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify PCN from and against any claim stemming from your use of Site or Service.

Trademark Information/Proprietary Rights

The PCN, Preferred Contractor Network, PCN logo, and all other PCN logos and product and service names are each trademarks of PCN, llc (the "PCN Marks”). You may not display or use the PCN Marks in any manner without PCN's prior written permission. PCN Marks are registered trademarks or trademarks of PCN, llc. Any use of PCN Marks is prohibited without permission of PCN, llc.
